Hi, I’m Olena Paslavska — founder of Factory, mother of four, podcaster, amateur athlete, intuitive cook, and painter of emotional abstractions. I’m someone who truly understands what multitasking, emotional burnout, and the need to just be in a space where no one disturbs you — but where you’re still deeply loved — really mean.
I created Factory first and foremost for myself. To have a place to escape from the “perfect” women on Instagram and toxic advice like “you just didn’t try hard enough.” I dreamed of a space where women support each other without the “have you heard about her…?”, where no one questions your age, your children, or your life choices. A place where you can simply come and be.
Today, Factory is no longer just a salon. It’s an atmosphere you’ll never confuse with anything else. It’s always warm, friendly, and real — like being in a friend’s apartment, just with a manicure, massage, and coffee. No one looks down on you here — they embrace you, even with just a glance.
It’s a place for smart, strong, slightly tired women who just need a moment to breathe — with a glass of wine or a cup of tea, some color on their nails, and the comforting thought that they are not alone.
And we take very seriously the people who touch you. Every specialist at Factory goes through rigorous selection and training — we don’t just hire, we grow our stars. The quality of our services is something clients thank us for every day. And consistency and craftsmanship like ours are hard to find.
We’ve combined humanity and professionalism, warmth and quality, beauty and emotional intelligence. And honestly? That’s my favorite mix.
